Chess Training Plan From Your Games

Enter your Chess.com or Lichess username. ChessTerra checks your last 10 games move by move with Stockfish, finds the mistakes you keep making, and turns them into a training plan: what to work on first, how to practice it, and your own positions to solve again. Free, no login needed.

No login needed. Your last 10 public games are checked move by move with Stockfish on your own device. It takes a few minutes.

What the report looks for

  • Hanging pieces: moves that left a piece or pawn where it could be taken straight away.
  • Your opponent’s threats: forks, pins, skewers and checkmates you walked into.
  • Your own tactics: free pieces, winning captures and mates you did not play.
  • Converting wins: games where you were clearly winning and did not win.
  • The clock: losses on time, errors in time trouble, and moves played too fast.
  • Openings and endgames: where you stand after move 10 in each opening you play, and how accurate you are once the pieces come off.

How it works

Your games are public, so no password is needed. They are read from Chess.com or Lichess by your own browser, and Stockfish runs on your own device, which is why a full report takes a few minutes. Each error is weighed by how much of your winning chances it cost, and the weaknesses are ranked by the total. The practice positions are checked a second time at a higher depth.
