Continuing our analysis of the ChessTweets game history, this video examines a game played about 6 months ago – @nimixxxx Vs ChessTweets. White opened with a very unorthodox sequence, and black responded excellently by trading the dark square bishops to completely expose white’s defunct positional strategy. This game is an excellent reminder that You Can Never Take A Pawn Move Back! Also, black skillfully exploited a powerful, centralized knight against white’s overworked light-squared bishop. A very nice positional victory by the ChessTweets community, ending with a tactical oversight/blunder by white.
