With a staggering prize fund of US$2.5 million, each player earns US$200,000 for each game won (including forfeits), while the remaining prize pool is split equally. In the event of a tiebreak, the winner will receive US$1.3 million, and the runner-up will take home US$1.2 million. The match is being held at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, drawing the attention of the global chess community to this prestigious event.
