Making “Loman’s Move” While Moving Around Azat Reservoir

In this video I am analyzing a chess puzzle composed by Jewish Ukrainian economist and chess problemist Lazar Zalkind. The composer was inspired by famous Lasker vs Loman game where the latter made an incredible Rook sacrifice to save the game!
Loman found the idea over the board, but a similar square-vacating anti-promotion combination had already been demonstrated by Alexey Troitsky in 1899 in one of his puzzles!
