If you want a solid repertoire against the Reti/Nimzo Larsen setups, the London for black is probably the safest option.
In round 7 I faced a higher rated opponent in the main line Reti position. An opening I’ve played and lost to several times last year, and spent a long time learning after that. I felt very confident in this game, and have made no serious mistakes. The problem is, neither did my opponent, and the position was almost perfectly equal from start to finish. There were almost no winning chances for either side.
