In 1829 German naturalist Friedrich Parrot together with prominent Armenian writer Khachatur Abovian, two Russian soldiers and two Armenian villagers made the first recorded ascent of biblical mount Ararat! Later Parrot would write a book about that ascent “Journey to Ararat! ” 190 later I make my journey taking my magnetic chess set with me! This is my journey, journey to Ararat with my chess set!
This is going to be series of videos consisting of 6 parts the last one being made at the summit of Ararat! Part II was filmed in camp 1 about 3200m above the sea level! In the video I am analyzing a chess puzzle composed by Soviet chess composer Vladimir Bron!
