Live Stream: Learning from Susan Polgar’s Best Games – with IM Valeri Lilov [Sat May 25, Noon EST]

Did you know that apart from being a great player, Susan Polgar is also a fantastic coach! During this live stream, you can get instant access to her complete 10-volume Master Method course with 65% off! ►

Without a doubt, Susan Polgar is one of the strongest female chess players in history. She was the first woman to earn the grandmaster title through tournament play, and is a four-time Women’s World Chess Champion.

Success came from a young age. Susan won the Budapest Championship for Girls under 11 at just 4 years of age, with a perfect score of 10-0! By the time she was 15 years old, she was the top-ranked woman player in the world. She remained in the top three for the next 23 years!

Susan won the World Blitz and Rapid Championships in 1992. She has played in ten Olympiads, picking up ten medals along the way (5 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze) – and amazingly not losing a single Olympiad game during her entire career. These are just the highlights – her full list of chess accomplishments are far too many to mention here!

It’s no wonder, then, that Susan has inspired many people in the world to take up the game of chess.

In this live stream, IM Valeri Lilov will take a look at Susan’s extraordinary career and analyze some of her greatest games. He will show what lessons we can draw from her games in order to improve our own play.
