In this video I am covering a game from 2019 European Chess Championship, where in round 8 Russian chess Grandmaster Vladislav Artemiev played a fantastic game in the style of Mikhail Tal. After gaining a space advantage in the opening and managing to place his pieces on attacking squares Artemiev started series of sacrifices (first the rook, then the knight and finally the queen) unarmed opponent’s king, thus forcing Black to resign in view of an imminent checkmate. A game worth of seeing.
