Stockfish 8 Sacrifices His Pieces One After Another vs AlphaZero
In newly released games of DeepMind the updated AlphaZero crushes Stockfish 8 in a 1,000-game match, scoring +155 -6 =839.
This video covers one of the few games which Stockfish 8 won, but unlike the other games of that encounter, which were full of long maneuvers and strategical ideas, this one is a direct attacking game, where with a bunch of sacrifices Stockfish 8 just crushes AlphaZero by choosing the Alekhine-Chatard Attack against French defense:
