This is a game review between two of the world’s best chess engines, namely Komodo and Wasp. This game was played on October 15, 2017 at the Top Chess Engine Championship (TCEC) Season 10 during Stage 1, Round 2. Komodo, version 1937.00, entered the event rated 3230, and Wasp, version 2.5, entered the event rated 2824. Komodo played as white in this game and elected the Vienna game. By move 5 the game acquired an imbalance, with an ensuing struggle between bishop pair and space. Time controls were set at 60 minutes for each side with a 10-second increment.
