Blitz Chess #373: Grunfeld Defense w/ 4. Bg5

This is a blitz chess game I played as white with time control 5|0. The opening played was the Grunfeld Defense with 4. Bg5. An early decision with black’s queen knight proves critical. To focus on the gap in white’s position on d3, or to seek exchanges? Typically when playing with some space advantage one looks to keep many pieces on board. Might this game act as an exception to that general principle? Would black’s doubled e-pawns prove a liability or an asset in the long run?
