Blitz Chess #369: Benoni Defense

This is a blitz chess game I played as white with time control 5|0. The opening played was the Benoni Defense with white opting for a positionally based setup. Namely white’s play takes steps to secure the dark-squared bishop with h3, Bf4 and commits the e-pawn to the more modest e3 square. White, with a space advantage on the queenside, seeks play there. Black’s response is one involving the offering of piece exchanges combined with some play on the kingside. How would an ensuing rook endgame with material equality finish?
