I picked a chess game at random from my friends list to review. I share my thoughts on the game which was between a player with a rating of approximately 1600 and the other with a rating of approximately 1600. Some special attention was given quite early on in this one regarding pawn structure and maintaining the central tension. Moreover, I attempt to show why black can do without the all too common move like h6 in the Philidor Defence. And judging by the length of this video, you can expect a whole lot more. Time controls were 10 minutes for each side.
