In the video “Encyclopedia of Chess Openings Vol 2” by GM Roman Dzindzichashvili, we get the second part of his “Encyclopedia of Chess Openings” series where he describes how to play all of the main chess openings.
This series of videos helps you to understand the main moves, ideas, plans, concepts and structures of all the basic chess openings that are played nowadays. This will help you to play the opening phase of the game much better and be better prepared than your opponents.
In the second volume, Roman begins by analyzing the Caro-Kann, which is one of the most popular openings in modern chess theory. He has some improvements in the opening for both White and Black that can help all players achieve strong positions in their games. This opening was used by World Champion Anatoly Karpov. Later chapters of the video show other openings and their best lines.
