In the video “Improve Your Combinational & Tactical Skills – Part 2” by GM Roman Dzindzichashvili, we learn about the importance of move order choices in combinations and why we should be on the look-out for counter-combinations our opponent can try.

When our opponents become aware of our combinations, they will try to find the best way to get out of them and use all their resources to do so. We must be aware of this.

Roman shows a crazy game he played when he was younger that is filled with tactics and combinations.

How would each side answer the opponent’s combinations? What key moves does Roman point out that could swing the game in each side’s favor? How did Roman find the sneaky final combinational move that won him the game? Watch the video to find out!
