In this video Grand Master Damian Lemos analyzes a game between top GMs Ruslan Ponomariov and Vasily Ivanchuk. We’ll see a French defense, Tarrasch variation with 3.Nd2. where Ponomariov employs an interesting middle-game approach after 7.Nb3, getting a closed position full of maneuvers. At move 19, we still have all pieces on board!. However, Black resigns because he’s positionally lost, a must watch game!
