The London System can be played with black too! Here’s a game in the Reversed London in which I faced an IM.

The Black London System is possible against many openings and setups such as:
– Reti with b3
– English that transposes to a Reti
– King’s Indian Attack
– Reverse Dutch
– Reverse Queen’s Indian
– London System
– Nimzo-Larsen
The London System as part of your repertoire with black is best paired (in my opinion) with the Semi-Slav against d4, and the Caro-Kann against e4. The reason being that you’ll basically always play the same pawn structure, making the plans, ideas and patterns similar in all three.
