One of the sharpest gambits in the Caro-Kann is the Maróczy Gambit in the Fantasy Variation. In order to get in on the bord Black has to play imprecisely. The gambit is completely sound with 0 risk involved.

Black can lose games in the Maróczy gambit very easily, since many natural looking developing moves lose material by force. In the Fantasy, f3 Caro-Kann, black can choose many different responses, most of which play against white’s main idea; getting a two pawn center after black takes on e4 and white plays fxe4, so my advice is to go for one of the alternatives to the immediate dxe4!
