How to beat the King’s Indian Defense ยท Training Game

The perfect weapon against the King’s Indian Defense. A sharp, attacking setup that prevents all of black’s usual aggressive kingside ideas, and, instead, gives white the initiative and puts black under pressure.

It’s always a good idea to play sharply against sharp openings, since players who play them aren’t used to defending. Once you turn the tables, many of them start making mistakes. This game was a great example of just how powerful this setup can be against the King’s Indian. I have to say, I look forward to seeing the KID played against me next time!
