A training game in a complicated Caro-Kann where bad development meant early tactics and very sharp play.

I’m back to playing training games on lichess! Haven’t done them in a long time and I’m very excited to start and get my rating up:D It’s actually provisional again because I haven’t played in 7 months.

The first game went fairly smoothly. I managed to get superior piece activity and provoked several weaknesses which made my opponent play defensively and cost him the game.
