My opponent and I played a very tactical Hyperaccelerated Dragon in which we both made a few key mistakes.
It was an open, aggressive position and both of us really neglected defense. I decided to got for f3 instead of the theoretical Nc3, knowing it was inferior. Usually in f3 Dragon positions I can manage to set up the Maroczy bind with c4 and e4, but in the Hyperaccelerated dragon it can backfire easily.
We went in for some tactical maneuvers nevertheless, and my opponent misplayed the position slightly.
I got a superior postion but hung a whole bishop (which my opponent missed). A lot to learn from in this game. If you play c5 or e4, these positions could occur. They are very aggressive and double-edged and making mistakes like ours from this game could mean a quick defeat.
