In this video lesson, GM Igor Smirnov will share with you the most amazing queen sacrifice by Mikhail Tal. He played this game against Alexey Suetin in the Goglidze Memorial in 1969. It is a classical game, and probably one of the most famous sacrifices made by ‘The Magician from Riga’, Mikhail Tal.

Tal laid the foundation for his queen sacrifice at move 16. After just 5 moves, Tal made Suetin resign the game. Watch the video lesson to see the mind-blowing queen sacrifice.
