This week’s video is on a very important middlegame topic of creating weaknesses in your opponent’s position. This is something strong players do intuitively and without having to consciously plan it. Weaker players like myself tend to fixate on one weakness without trying to provoke additional ones.

It is well known that most often one weakness is not enough to win, therefore if you can, creating a second weakness is almost always better than focusing on the existing one.

This means that your opponent will have to switch his attention back and forth, which increases the chances for him to go wrong!
