A training game which ended with a beautiful tactical combination played on my quest to reach 2100 on lichess classical by October 1st!
I think this was my best training game ever! I played an opening I know well, and I played wothout a single serious mistake! My opponent tried to hold on to his “extra pawn”, a common temporary pawn sac line in the Tarrasch. That is very dangerous. I punished him with a very beautiful rook sacrifice which won his queen!
