In this video I am covering a brilliant game where just from the opening Russian Grandmaster Alexander Morozevich is launching a tricky attack and manages to beat his experienced opponent in just 21 moves! The attack definitely took American Grandmaster Timur Gareyev by surprise and he failed to show a resistance! A game full of tactical ideas and combinations! In the end of the video as usual you can solve the daily puzzle!
The King Salman FIDE World Rapid Championship – Open and Women started on the 26th of December in St. Petersburg, Russia. They are 15 round swiss tournaments with a prize fund of $150,000. The time control is 15+10. In a case of a tie there will be a blitz playoff between the 1st two players.
