Featured is an interesting chess game between LeelaKnightOdds and Grandmaster David Paravyan (drop_stone on lichess). Out of a Blackmar–Diemer Gambit, LeelaKnightOdds plays without the king knight and quickly develops on the queenside, ultimately castling long. By move 22, Leela has excellent central control in a same side castles position. This sets the stage for a very strong rook-lift that soon pairs perfectly with Leela’s unopposed light-squared bishop, generating direct pressure against Paravyan’s king. With the position turning sharp, Paravyan stumbles and is forced to resign after 36 moves.
