Featured is an excellent chess game between R Praggnanandhaa and Eldar Gasanov from the 2025 London Chess Classic. Out of a Queen’s Gambit Declined Exchange, Positional variation, we observe a strategic fight over White’s thematic central break with e4. After Praggnanandhaa’s 16th move Bf5, the stage is finally set to successfully play e4. Gasanov’s response is a mistake from which he is unable to recover. Praggnanandhaa’s play in this game was exceptional, registering a 99% accuracy.
