Awonder Liang Crushes LeelaKnightOdds in Only 30 Moves!

Featured is a crushing chess game between LeelaKnightOdds and Grandmaster Awonder Liang (A-Liang on lichess). Playing White without a king knight, Leela enters a Queen’s Gambit Declined, Exchange Variation. After several kingside pawn advances, it becomes clear that Leela’s king will find safety on the queenside. Liang anticipates this and quickly opens that wing. With opposite-side castling, the game turns into a sharp race. Liang defends precisely, then launches a devastating queenside attack, delivering checkmate in just 30 moves!
