Featured is an aesthetic chess game between Magnus Carlsen and Sina Movahed from Round 9 of Titled Tuesday Blitz, played on September 16th. The game begins as a King’s Indian Defense, Bayonet Attack, where Carlsen lifts his queen rook, swinging it over to the kingside to welcome an exchange sacrifice. Movahed defends resourcefully and even has a chance to force a perpetual check, but misses the saving continuation. After the game, Carlsen remarked, “That might be the most interesting game I’ve ever played in Titled Tuesday, to be honest. That was fun.”
