Polgar’s Keres Attack Crushes Kasimdzhanov

This is a dynamic game between Judit Polgar and Rustam Kasimdzhanov from the 2005 FIDE World Championship Tournament. It arises from the Sicilian Scheveningen, Delayed Keres Attack. Polgar sacrifices a knight and her dark-squared bishop early, securing a decisive advantage by move 19, though the path to victory is not without complications. After 22.Nb5, Polgar gives Kasimdzhanov a brief window to turn the tables, but he fails to capitalize on the chance.
