A MUST-KNOW chess game | Knorre vs Chigorin, 1874

This is a must-know chess game between Victor Knorre and Mikhail Chigorin from 1874. Even if you’ve only played chess for a week, there’s a strong chance you’ve seen the same or a similar position. Out of the Italian Game, Chigorin doesn’t even need his queen to force resignation after just 14 moves!

I’m a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who was introduced to the game by my father in 1988 at the age of 8.
