Daniil Dubov’s Brilliant Move in the Queen’s Gambit Declined

Featured is an excellent chess game between Daniil Dubov and Ante Brkic from the 2016 European Chess Championship. The game begins with a Queen’s Gambit Declined, Vienna Variation, and after 11 moves, Dubov already has multiple doubled pawns. However by move 14, Dubov had secured a decisive position. Can you spot his brilliant move in this sharp 26-move encounter?
