I have been playing the Queen’s Gambit with both sides for years now. The Queen’s Gambit is like e4 e5 in king’s pawn openings, a classical opening group every ambitious player should be comfortable with.

The repertoire is based on simple ideas and strategy instead of learning endless opening variations and memorising theory. I have covered the QGD, QGA, Slav and Semi-Slav, as well as all minor openings black could choose to play.
