Featured is an excellent attacking chess game between Ding Liren and Daniil Dubov from Lindores Abbey Rapid Challenge 2020. In response to Ding’s English Opening, Dubov eventually captures on c4 which ultimately distracts white’s king knight from it’s defense of h4. Dubov launches a caveman-like attack with h5 while Ding spends time regaining the pawn. With the h-file completely open, the position is critical for Ding who was unable to find an accurate defense. Dubov with the black pieces defeating Ding in only 21 moves is a very rare sight!
