The Spanish Opening, or the Ruy Lopez, is the most important opening in chess, and an opening every strong player should be able to play with both sides. I remember Ben Finegold saying that you have to play e4 e5 with both sides if you wanna become a GM. This repertoire covers every defense black could play againt the Spanish Game. I have gone over every closed Spanish variation, the Open Spanish, the Berlin, the Marshall, the Archangel, and all the deviations as well.
