Featured are the 4 remaining 3+2 blitz chess games between Leela Chess Zero (LeelaQueenOdds) and Grandmaster Mikuláš Maník (Mikulas). The games are shown using Lichess’s ‘realtime’ feature, and I provide some light commentary throughout. It’s almost unbelievable to witness Mikuláš Maník, a 12-time Slovak blitz chess champion, lose to an opponent who begins each game without a queen. By viewing these 4 games as a whole, it certainly seems like Leela enjoys queenside castles! Might that be in part because there’s no queen that has to move for it to occur? 🙂
