Featured is an excellent attacking game between Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa and Alexey Sarana from round 12 of the 2025 Tata Steel Masters held in Wijk aan Zee, Netherlands. Out of a Queen’s Gambit Declined, Exchange varation we observe an opposite sides castles game that is also quite one-sided. Praggnanandhaa attacks with all of his pieces on the queenside towards Sarana’s king, and finishes the game in brilliant fashion. The tactical shot Praggnanandhaa plays is certainly one for a future tactics book!
