Firouzja’s King’s Indian Attack WINS in spectacular fashion

Featured is a sharp blitz chess game between Alireza Firouzja and Lê Quang Liêm from the late Titled Tuesday on November 19th, 2024. After only 17 moves, Firouzja obtains a decisive advantage. The ending is spectacular with Firouzja sacrificing one minor piece after another on the kingside while Lê Quang Liêm’s pieces remain huddled up on the queenside, out of position to defend.
