Checks, captures and forcing moves first. That’s the basic rule of calculation every beginner learns when they start studying chess seriously.

I didn’t follow that rule this game and I took my position from completely winning, to equal, and finally to losing in a couple of moves. No excuses. Just bad chess. But that will change.
