A complex sacrifice and an 8-move sequence you had to calculate correctly in order to gain a winning advantage.

Everything was ready. The pieces were perfectly placed. The sacrifice had to be played at that exact moment. But. There were different options. each featured subtle nuances and pros and cons. I chose the wrong one, and I chose to play it a move to late. Can you calculate better than me?
