The new World Chess Champion is…

Featured are all the tiebreak games of the 2023 World Chess Championship between Ding Liren and Ian Nepomniachtchi which was played on April 30th. After the 14 Classical games the score was 7-7. Tiebreaks consist of a best a 4 Rapid games with a time control of 25|10, if needed 2 pairs of 5|3 Blitz games, and if needed games of 3|2 Blitz games until the first victory. The 2023 World Chess Championship was played in Astana, Kazakhstan. The winner claims the most prestigious title in chess: ‘World Chess Champion’.
