Rook endgames are the most common and most complex of all endgames and should be studied and mastered before anything else.
Knowing them well gives you a huge edge and, starting with the theoretical ones, and building up with complex practical endgames will save you a lot of time and bring you a lot of points.
In this one both my opponent and I played almost perfectly so it ended in a draw, but there were many points at which we could have gone badly wrong. I wasn’t good enough to recognize that it was dead even, I thought I had an edge. Work, work!
