Destroying the Caro-Kann ยท Training Game

The only thing I like more than the Caro-Kann is beating the Caro-Kann:D

In this game I played the exchange variation, which I understand well and play with both sides. Usually white is the one playing for a kingside attack and black is the one going for the minority attack on the queenside. That means that it’s more likely that black will get into trouble.

My opponent went for a passive line in which his bishop stays behind his pawn chain on the light squares and never really managed to equalize. His pieces had no space are were tactically unsoundly placed. That brought me a quick win!
