This was a strategic Sicilian in which my opponent gave up the bishop pair to ruin my pawn structure. What happened shortly after made the game far simpler than it should have been though, and it was all about patient conversion.

It was still a good example of how to best utilize the bishop pair. I tried to open the position up as much as I could, this giving my bishops more scope, and that eventually led to a very pleasant advantage.
