Frankly, I was hesitant to record this video lesson because the following opening variation worked so well for my private students that I didn’t really want to share it publicly. But because I love you so much, I decided to share this really cool variation with you.

This is the Advance Variation from the French Defense which happens after the first moves: 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.e5, and it continues with 3…c5 4.c3 Nc6 5.Nf3, and most players would play 5…Qb6 to increase more pressure on the d4-pawn.
