Middlegame strategy in the London System · Road to GM, Game 240

A very instructive London System middlegame which featured several thematic positional and strategic patterns which often occur in similar positions.

Neither my opponent nor I have made any serious mistakes, and have managed to handle the strategy relatively well, but there were some missed opportinities. Among the slow positional and strategic plans, there were a few chances for an aggressive push, especially from my side, but I haven’t taken them seriously enough. Or, rather, I didn’t wan’t to risk a worse position.
