I recently learned that Hikaru Nakamura has an account on lichess. His account name is TSMFTXH (I didn’t realize he had actually streamed himself playing under this account before). In his recent activity on lichess I noticed he played 2 casual 3-minute blitz games against Rey Enigma, a finalist on the show “Spain’s Got Talent”. Nakamura’s blitz rating is 2122?. The question mark after his rating means his rating is still in its provisional phase (too few games played), and thus not yet an accurate representation of his true strength. Rey Enigma’s blitz rating is an established 2653. I observe their 2 blitz games for the first time by using the realtime feature, in addition to providing some light commentary along the way.
