Bronstein’s Deadly Pin!
This is my first game at Hastings for 22 years. It was in 1953/54 that I had lost an historic game to Conel Hugh O’Donel Alexander in 120 moves. As I started to play my main aim was to try to forget how old I was. I was glad to find myself paired in the first round against a very pleasant young man (as he still is), who had won the World Junior Championship in 1967. ~ David Bronstein
