This is the first video in the series on the great Jose Raul Capablanca, the third world champion. He started playing chess at a very early age, and the first game in the series was played when he was only 4.

Capablanca was one of the best early masters. He was known for his precise, clean play, and especially for his endgame technique. He was the world champion from 1921 to 1927, and remains to be one of the most instructive players, whose games can give you great insights on how to handle simple, symmetrical or “boring” positions.

I am going to be analyzing all of his games, starting when he was only 4 years old. I hope you find the series useful!
