This is my round 7 game from the Zagreb Open. I faced an FM in the Queen’s Indian Defense. This is one of the most useful games I have ever played because it taught me a lot during analysis afterwards.
I spent several hours going over it during several sessions. My conclusion is that I made three mistakes, two which could have been corrected (and were, mostly), and one strategic mistake which was just terminal.
I chose the wrong plan! I had the correct idea but chose a bad way to execute it. And it was over.
